At Boys, such Tees!, every item is made-to-order specially for you. This allows us to create unique apparel while helping reduce overproduction and waste.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Canada: 5–14 business days
  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Boys, such Tees! is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by international processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@boyssuchtees.ca. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Boys, such Tees! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
