Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Boys, such Tees!. We want you to love what you wear and feel confident shopping with us. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we ask that you read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of damage, stains, odors, or pet hair
• Returned in original packaging when possible

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@boyssuchtees.ca with your order number and reason for the request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized items
• Limited edition drops
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Undergarments or intimate apparel

Because many of our pieces are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Underwear Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, all underwear and jockstrap sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email], and we'll be happy to help.

Sizing Information

Every Boys, Such Tees! underwear piece is handmade in small batches.

While we do our best to ensure consistent sizing, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each garment and differences between styles.

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

If you have any questions before ordering, don't hesitate to contact us—we're happy to help you choose the right size.

Handmade Quality

Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in our Gatineau studio.

Small variations in stitching, pattern placement, and construction are a natural part of handmade production and make every garment unique.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@boyssuchtees.ca. 

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first at [your email address]. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled because items are made-to-order.
